There is a city named tripoli both in Lebanon and Libya so you must delete one of them in choices or add tripoli of the east or the west

The quiz asks for the country of the given second biggest city, for which Libya would not qualify for, as their Tripoli is the largest city and it is meant to be a trick question. Although I understand your point and it might cause more frustration and confusion than the fun in it. I might consider changing when more people point it out. Thank you
