Question 17: they're all real countries, it's just that three of them no longer exist (there's nothing in the description to say they countries cannot be historic countries).

It might be a good idea to define "country," since it could mean "a nation or state" (which is what you're using here) or "a region, territory, or large tract of land distinguishable by features of topography, biology, or culture," in which case about half of the options are real countries.

Maybe a caveat defining countries as "modern, sovereign states" or something like that would help?
