Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan don't typically use Cyrillic

Many of these don't typically use Cyrillic script, Kazakhstan for example also, but that doesn't mean they don't use it at all. And I never said it was their main script.

Kosovo, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan do not use Cyrillic...

Kosovo appears to be written in Serbian.

Turkmenistan used to use Cyrillic but switched to Latin in 1993.

Azerbaijan used the Cyrillic alphabet until 1991 when it declared independence from the USSR. Azeri speakers in Dagestan still use Cyrillic.

Tajikistan still uses Cyrillic.
