Surprisingly difficult for some, and easy for others. I really like it!

Nominated :)

Yeah Texas was especially hard to approximate.

Thank you very much!

It looks like the University of Oklahoma campus may have gotten annexed by Texas. That might ruffle some feathers.

Texas, and the one right before it, are the only ones that slowed me down!

Wow it’s the total opposite for me. As a foreigner I always remembered Texas as having a very distinct shape. Very surprised.

I love and hate how accurate this is. This is definitely worth the feature.

That was the only one I couldn't get. Got stuck on Oregon and the Dakotas and just couldn't picture it.

Well a quadrilateral can be seen as a hexagon with two vertices placed somewhere along the line connecting two "real" vertices, so I wouldn't have to change the shape at all, just like Utah, which already is a hexagon. But unless you can identify the exact ratio of the rectangle, I think it would be very hard to differentiate the two rectangles, and allowing both answers would be very unsatisfactory to me.

I was doing so good until I got to the last line where I had to try like five times. I finally got all of them in 36 seconds. I hope that is good for a beginning teenager!

Is it just me, or does the Arizona polygon only have 5 sides?
+1

It does, but a pentagon is a hexagon with one vertex on the line between two real vertices. I think Arizona is more recognisable with 5 sides.
