The UK territory of Gibraltar has a border with Spain

Canada would be on there, but as of recently it now shares a border with Denmark on Hans Island.

Oh yeah, that rock they both loved so much. It's amazing how obstinate countries are about the remote possibility there may be some minor resources in a tiny area long after we're all dead.
