On the Madagascar issue, it's because I had CAR working for Central African Republic. Now it needs to start with CAR to work.

Botswana is not accepted, which is definitely a problem. Cote Divoire is also not accepted, which ... well, I would have accepted it, but that's not a slam dunk.
