All European Kingdoms Throughout History

Given the years that each kingdom existed, can you name all kingdoms and empires throughout history that have had their capital within Europe?
Only realms with a title of kingdom or empire (and equivalent titles such as emirate, tsardom, and khaganate) are counted. Lesser titles, such as grand duchies, principalities, and petty kingdoms are not included.
Kings subject to an emperor (such as within the Holy Roman Empire) are not counted.

Great job putting this together. But it would be better with a little more time. And the German Reich was not a kingdom.

The second reich was technically an empire - had a kaiser (emperor/ king of prussia) and an overseas colonial empire as Britain and France did.
