It's not about whether the person died at an old age, but whether they died OF old age.

Even if Osama bin Laden had been "old", he still died suddenly and certainly not from natural causes.

Same situation with Gandhi. He made it to old age, but still counts as a "sudden death" in this quiz because he was assassinated by gunshot.

Exactly! Gandhi was pretty old, if I remember right. But he was murdered. So, maybe it should be defined as having died from non-natural causes.

Look, I get the gist of the quiz, but the word "sudden" is somewhat subjective. When someone goes from perfectly healthy to dead in a matter of seconds/minutes, I think it's fair to call the death "sudden." But what about Grace Kelly? She had a car accident due to a cerebral hemorrhage on September 13, but didn't die until she was taken off life support the following evening.

Would you like to propose a specific span of time that the word 'sudden' should imply? If it took several hours for Buddy Holly to breathe his last breath after the plane crash, would that fit within the allowable window? What about Heath Ledger? He took a bad combination of pills. When do we start the clock?

Maybe we should just be reasonable.
