Interesting quiz... got everything except Honduras, Puerto Rico, Djibouti, and "Diego Garcia" whatever the heck that is. ... "Atlantic" seems like a weird label for Honduras... if you had labeled that "Americas" I might have got it. and Hawaii and Alaska I'm surprised I bothered to guess as they are part of the United States, and therefore not "overseas." They are not territories of the USA, they are the USA. Also, where's Afghanistan? and out of curiosity what do the numbers in the hints mean? Is that the number of troops?

The only thing I can think of is the Department of Defense considers Hawaii and Alaska as an overseas assignment for military personnel, but that was not stated in the description, so I didn't guess it.
