Given the time interval, name the largest country in the world by area at that time
Obviously, some of these no longer exist.
Source. Not the most accurate, but for the purposes of this quiz it is sufficient.
Only counting civilizations with established territory. Nomadic Peoples do not count.
China will not suffice for the ancient dynasties.
