NEW: I have added a minute to the timer and updated the quiz to represent New York's redistricting, which moved the 5th district entirely into a county.

Brooklyn is the borough, but Kings is the name of the county.

Yeah, it's hard knowing how much time to put in when you already know all the answers. I'll add an extra 30 seconds next time I need to update the quiz.
