surely scones should also be accepted for that picture for 'cream tea?' and eurostar or euro tunnel for channel tunnel?

Not really - it's known as a "Cream Tea", which is what is asked for, not the items in it. Also "Eurostar" is the name of the passenger train that goes through the Channel Tunnel and Euro Tunnel is the company that operates train services. The quiz is looking for the name of the tunnel itself.
