Great quiz but isn't stanza the Italian word for room?

I think you're right that 'stanza' is used more generally to mean room, whereas 'camera' is probably more used for bedroom. I've changed it so it needs to be re-approved.

Hey Sifhraven, the Italian word "topolino" means "little mouse" and is also the Italian name for Mickey Mouse.

The only reason I recognized the word for mouse is the Ed Sullivan show (old farts like me will know what I'm talking about).

Topo Gigio was a puppet mouse who showed up on The Ed Sullivan Show in the 1960s. Don't know who Ed Sullivan was? He was a Broadway columnist . . .

Speaking Spanish helped with several of these, although I saw pesca and kept thinking "fish" was going to be one of the words. Now I'm going to have to do some research how pesca can mean such different things in two Romance languages...

It's funny because "topo" in Spanish means "mole", not "mouse".

Well you were partially right because pesca in Italian means both peach and fishing! Not fish though, that's pesce.
