I only speak intermediate Russian with no knowledge of Ukrainian and I got 20/20 :) :) Thank you for the quiz!!

Voda should be capitalised since every other transliteration is so.

Me - Я is a weird pair because Me is an inflected form of I while Я is I proper with no inflection. I think you should just change Me to I.

Сотня isn't used quite the same as Hundred, you can't use that word in numbers for instance. Сто is more appropriate.
