The shin bone is the tibia. The fibula is the other bone in the lower leg.

Did you mean to say 'anatomical names of bones'? The fingers and toes in Latin are digiti (singular digitus, anatomical term digit). The phalanges (singular phalanx) are the three bones that make up a finger or toe. 'Rib' is English. The Latin term is costa (plural costae) but anatomically we seem to talk of ribs.
