Please change 2011 Newton to Philadelphia, it is more known by The Philadelphia Tornado

Thank you for your comment. I have added "Philadelphia" as a type-in, though I am keeping the primary name as "Preston" as it is what is listed in the SPC source. I will try to update other entries with type-ins for local names in the future.
