Qatar does not have any A380s flying scheduled routes for them yet. This will begin in June, and once this happens, I will update the quiz.

Thanks. I didn't realize that Asiana operated the A380 now. I should start paying closer attention as many airlines are going to receive their first A380 in the coming months!

TransAero, JetAir, Virgin Atlantic, and Kuwait Air need to be added

Transaero is now bankrupt and no longer operating, Virgin Atlantic does not get their first A380 for a few years, and Jet Airways and Kuwait Airways don't have them on order.
