I'd be interested to know what happened with the US data. The real head scratcher for me is how Mesa is separate from Phoenix when they are in the same county. Also there are quite a few US metros that seem to be missing, such as Atlanta. Did some of the cities accidentally get excluded? If not, what set of criteria produced this list?
