A little more explanation might be helpful-- as in movies are made in that country, not that it's the highest rated by citizens of that country.

Also, IMDB has Shawshank and Godfather tied for rating. Shouldn't you have them both?

Such a complicated thought would never have occured to me - but ok, I added an explanation. Also, imdb clearly has Shawshank Redemption as #1 which means that its cyphers behind the 9.2 must be higher than the Godfather's.
