Countries according to Human Development Index

Enter an answer into the box in order. I did not include Hong Kong which is listed separately from China. I know this quiz has been done by others but this is an update from my 2013 quiz. Not sure if they changed the formula or criteria but there have been some interesting changes. It appears the Nordic and Rhine economic models have been more successful for the people who live there than the residents of the Anglo-American or Washington Consensus model.
