Countries by Low Militarisation

The Global Peace Index has three domains. The third rates a country's level of militarisation. List the countries which scored between 1 and 1.5 or the lowest level. Its a weird list of the usual peaceful places and the countries with good neighbours who are either too poor or too smart to waste money on the military. Update -- Countries are increasing their military spending and thus we only have 21 countries on the list down from 27 last year (2024)
