The second domain of the Global Peace Index rats countries by Safety and Security. The lowest rated countries are extremely predictable - start with the Nordic countries and go from there. Here you need to list the countries scoring higher than 3, that is, they have very little safety or security. Think of a lack of law and order, rule of law, and high crime rate. Update: Law and order is in decline. Eight new countries and four removed.
