Country by City A-Z #2 (the least)

A few years back, I created a series called Country to City in which one had to guess the country based on the city given. I completed a quiz for each letter. In version #1 I took the most frequently answered cities and created an A-Z quiz. If the cities tied, I put all the cities. After compiling the list, I found it quite easy so I created a version #2 of the least answered cities from A to Z. And a version #3 of any city with less than 50%.
