Least Conflicted Countries outside Europe

The Global Peace Index has three domains when creating the Index, the first is Conflicts. Most countries with little conflict are in Europe so name the non-European countries with a low level of conflict. The following countries score 1 to 1.5. Apparently a huge increase in peace world wide as the list nearly doubles.
