It's supposed to be 'Gallic Rooster', not 'Garlic', regardless of French culinary preferences. The name comes from Gaul (Latin Gallia) and has nothing to do with garlic.

Moose should be accepted for Sweden. That is the American name for that animal. “Elk” in the Americas means an entirely different species.
