Fixed. Changed that section altogether since it can be pretty subjective what constitutes the founding of a city.

Severus is misspelled as Serverus so I got that one wrong thinking it was on purpose, Colosseum is too but that didn't affect anything.

The Parthenon was also misleading since even though it wasn't built by the Romans, it was in the Roman Empire for almost 500 years!

"Hercules" was the Roman equivalent of "Heracles" who is the Greek version. Hercules should be accepted unless the distinction is that he was not technically a "God".
