Since Vatican City's population is 800, 0.1% is 0.8 people. Therefore to qualify here, its Muslim population must be zero, which is not surprising.

I'm assuming it might be due to small amounts of immigration from Indonesia and Malaysia mainly

Funny that Paraguay is here, I noticed there were a fair few Muslims in Ciudad del Este when I went there last year. Tho I suppose many of them might have been from neighboring Foz do Iguaçu, which has one of the largest Muslim populations in Brazil.
