Nope. Czechia has a blue triangle on its flag, which kind of « overlaps » with the red lower part. If it is removed, the overlapped part would become white too.

a white rectangle would work for a lot of countries :

Greece, Israel, Somalia, Finland, Honduras, Micronesia...

Excellent quiz! For Ukraine I kept at first thinking that yellow is the substituted colour for blue and I couldn't for the life of me think of a white-blue flag that would look like that :D

The Sweden, Iceland, Romania/Chad, and Ukraine flags look like they should be a national flag. Chile's flag sans blue is already a flag.

Maybe it's my phone screen, but the one for Chile is orange. The rest are red,,,, and even the word "Chile" underneath the flag indicating I didn't get it are all definitely red. Chile's is definitely orange. Edit; it's definitely not my phone. Just googled "Chile flag", and it's definitely not the colour depicted in this quiz (i.e it's actually red, not orange)
