For "Nickname of New York City" I kept wanting to put, "the city that never sleeps." I would have felt exceptionally stupid if I had not finally gotten it.

Wow, I was sure "Once the second-biggest city in the U.S." would be Brooklyn, back when it was a separate city. But no, apparently it peaked at #3, behind New York City and Philadelphia.

Baltimore's peak at #2 was earlier, before the consolidation of Philadelphia County into a single city.

For the Texas one, with a river that long, maybe it should be called Piernas.

It’s full name is actually Los Brazos de Dios, or “The Arms of God”, which at least makes it make a bit more sense.

The Brazos proper is 840 miles. If you count the headwaters, it is 1280 miles, but the headwaters are in Roosevelt County in New Mexico.

I only got Mt. Baker because I was thinking of California cities that start with B, so I tried Bakersfield.

Now I feel stupid that I didn’t get Berkeley

Me too! Just came here to ask if anyone else accidentally got Mt Baker. I got Berkeley at the last second, but only because I paused the quiz for a few minutes at the end to think of it.
