Name all of the first-level administrative divisions of the United States! Note the names are the official names. Embassies, Antarctic research bases, naval vessels, and military bases are not included. Historical places included the Panama Canal, the Philippines, the Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, and for a very short period Japan.
