* Bahrain and Sri Lanka could arguably sit in the one-border column, depending on whether you believe man-made Passport Island on King Fahd Causeway is divided into half-Saudi half-Bahraini territory, and whether you think that one of the tidal sandbars in Adams Bridge is bisected by a line separating India from Sri Lanka.
