You already get the point for King George (III) and Czar Nicholas (II) if you enter only their names. (By the way, why do so few American quizzers know the king they went to all the independence struggle of the 1780's against? We would have thought that was an easy part of history for you guys!). The one exception is Henry VIII, because he's always clearly known as that, and indeed way more quizzers are getting him right than Czar Nicholas and King George. There are no published policies on this website as to whether the regnal number, to use the correct term for "numeral" here, is required in answers in these quizzes.
