It's a convention you can do either way, but we choose not to capitalise header words.

Georgian is actually kind of hard to transliterate... can you please accept Sokhumi as well as Sukhumi? I knew it, I just couldn't transliterate it correctly (it's kind of a schwa sound anyway and neither /o/ nor /u/).
