Countries and Capitals Reconstructed #2

For each clue, we give you two pairs of letters - the first two letters of a country and the first two letters of its capital city. These can be in either order, so for example TUAN and ANTU can both be clues for Turkey and Ankara. Name the country or the capital city - for each clue you only need to answer one or the other.
