??? I thought Dominican Republic would be at 100% - but it's ranked 13 out of 18, just 29%.

It was the last one I got. Spent a lot of time thinking of a D or E country. Even tried DRC. Finally I saw the obvious.

I tried DR, which usually works as a type-in, and when it wasn't accepted I just figured that Dominican Republic wasn't included.

DR works now - that type-in has only recently been enabled as a default type-in on this website.
