Well done for choosing water-related answers! You could even call it 'aquatic' generator I suppose. I tried 'end' for 'what rivers do into seas' and 'erg' for 'desert landscape' which I suppose kind of fit the hint but I don't know if they do well enough. Great quiz!

Wow, pretty remarkable that 9 letters contain two possible answers to describe a desert landscape! Erg works now. Have tightened the wording for the drain clue to ensure a single answer.

Actually another point is that if you guess Riga you can't miss Rig!

True, but it looks like there's no particular effect there, since "rig" is polling far higher than "Riga".

ok but according to current % it could be that only 67-29 = 38% actually guess rig instead of 67%

Theoretically yes, but with the rig clue appearing first I think it's much more likely that people will attempt that clue first, then try the Riga one later.
