Which countries have the longest straight line distance from one end of the country to the other? This is the longest possible distance for each country, and may run north-south, east-west, or more likely, run diagonally on a map.
Islands are only counted if they have a permanent population. Offshore territories are excluded
Countries in red do not appear in the Countries of the World quiz, but appear in the the Countries 197 to 205 quiz

Greenland isn't an independent country it is part of Denmark and Denmark should be included in its measurements and accepted as an answer...
