Vorgons are a race in Star Trek, because the two aliens who time travel to Risa in "Captain's Holiday" are a species called Vorgons. They're not at all prominent, only appearing in that episode, an episode of lower decks, and star trek online.

So they are! I guess that's an added challenge for those with enough knowledge to know Vorgons to have to distinguish between them, Vogons, and Vorlons! :)
