For each letter, name the eight smallest countries/US States by area containing that letter.

As a bonus you will also have to name the smallest country/US State that does not make it into any top 8 list!
In order not to overlap US States, 'United States' only highlights Puerto Rico
8 cells of the table don't get filled in (because there aren't enough answers for that letter) but we won't tell you which ones

The bonus asks for the largest country not in the any top 8, I think you meant smallest.
