Hey, if dependent territories are included then France is farther east thanks to Kerguelen islands

This is the easiest one on the cardinal-point-most (northernmost, southernmost, easternmost and westernmost) point quiz. This one I always manage to do in 17 minutes, while I take more than 20 for westernmost and was never able to complete the northern/southernmost ones.

I think that may be because I like to see the new year's eve map every year, or may be just because it is easier to see the longitude differences of country borders than the latitude differences.
