UK borders Spain at Gibraltar; similary France borders Brazil (French Guiana) which is why it doesn't appear. I'm not sure these are "technically correct" but they do appear in the list of borders I used

Can you put in a caveat saying the quiz includes overseas territories?

France, fine. But gibraltar is not really a part of the UK. just a territory.
