You can continue by thinking of one country that is likely to come up soon and copying-pasting its name in the following cells, although that would still leave a gap. Thanks for the suggestion but I'll leave it as it is

It's easy.... until you find one that doesn't work and it is impossible to go on. No wonder people can barely get past 5.

Burma and Swaziland are both outdated names. Also, the order doesn't fit the "ranking" of this moment. A lot of countries have changed places in those 5 years...
