This list consists of countries that do not border any landlocked countries, and whose bordering countries don't border landlocked countries either. As a hint, you are shown the # of countries bordered.
Country Transits: number of land borders you have to cross to reach a country (moving between different parts of the same country, eg going from France to French Guiana to St Martin does not count as a move)
Countries without borders are not considered

Because UK borders Spain (via Gibraltar) which borders Andorra

I would change the non-UK inclusion. It really complicates things to include overseas territories. Otherwise good.
