There might be mistakes as the coordinates of the squares were estimated
Non-clear cases: the following capitals are used: Colombo, Melekeok, Porto-Novo, Pretoria, Sucre Tarawa

Great quiz. One issue: if the internet connection isn't great, the map comes up too slow to finish the quiz.
