Phew, got the lot - but I swear North Korea-South Korea is missing as well (as well as Morocco-Western Sahara, unless you agree with Morocco's invasion...)

You can see a small line in Korea, if you zoom in - also, I deliberately avoided choosing borders that would be difficult see being too small. Reguarding Morocco-Western Sahara: I just based myself on the 'countries of the world' map :)
