One point though:

for "S" you migh want to change the clue from "sword from J" (which should be "katana") to "swordsman from J"

Clue Z needs revision, since "zinc" in "zinc oxide" is definitly not a prefix. Prefix in this case would mean numerical value (e.g. mono/di/tri/tetra/... oxide)

I'd suggest: O used in sunscreen

Do C and V rhyme in the USA? I thought the 'S' sounds are different?

I rhyme V with "Cars" because the Commonwealth say it differently.
