I believe the clue for "M" should be HOLIEST city rather than just Holy city, since Medina is also considered a holy city in Islam

Nicosia was a tough one, because I thought Mediterranean means coastal cities, but I got it eventually. Yellowstone is the oldest national park in the world, not just in the U.S. Just sayin'.
