Total Drama Action - Episode 13, Part 2

I will reveal the superheroes from least to best score. The last one listed is the winner. 

BautyArg, LuckyCat, and Aragorn, you guys didn't do the challenge so you can't win invincibility this round.

But let me just say, good job to everyone who participated, you guys had some great ideas.

Our first superhero as well as the lowest score was..

Triozzy was born in Tajikistan. He can teleport anywhere so he lived every year of his life in a different country. He met nice people in every country but he always had to leave them after one year had passed. He is currently living in Panama"

Backstory/Lore- A man who used to be a soldier who got captured and tested on and escaped the lab with the powers he was given while tested, and started helping people in difficult situations AT NIGHT and hides during the day because people attempted to capture him to earn a great sum of money and he is sensitive to light.

Origin Story

Captain Globetrotter’s birth name is Daniel Smith, and he was born in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1993. His first years were extremely unremarkable, but he always had significant knowledge of geography. In the summer of 2002 however, his parents decided to take a trip to nearby Mammoth Cave National Park. There, they walked through the normal chambers, but then his parents noticed he was nowhere to be seen. He had wandered into a different chamber, and after several bad turns he was lost. Then he stumbled into a cavern, and inside was a massive globe, 20 meters in radius. He was a big lover of geography, so he touched it. Suddenly he had knowledge. He had gained the knowledge to identify exactly what is found at any coordinate on the Earth, and he can fast travel there almost instantaneously. He was in awe that he had the power to go anywhere he ever wanted, and he knew he had to use these powers to first save himself. He identified his parents and warped over. They were very surprised but realized it was probably just a hallucination. However, when they got home strange things started happening. He started vanishing and appearing in mere seconds, and claimed to know exactly how many of the places of the world where they have never been feel like. They learned to live with it, and when he graduated high school in 2011 he realized he can perceive threats to global security and quickly teleport the powerful superheroes over to deal w/ it. He realized he had power and he had to use it for good, not just going to every country in the world (but he did that anyway). The first major threat came in 2013, when Jeppy the Fish was endangered by the Elcrops Gang. The gang was angry at Jeppy for being the mascot of JetPunk, the amazing quiz website they are the rivals of. And they don’t like competition. The gang identified his location as Seattle, Washington, and began launching attacks on Jeppy, and one even penetrated that poor fish’s gills as he sat in Quizmaster’s fishbowl. QM called on all the heroes to stop this gang, but they didn’t know where the gang was operating from, so they drove thousands of miles to the Kentucky Derby, where Captain Globetrotter was watching, and they informed him that Jeppy was in danger. Immediately, Captain Globetrotter teleports to Seattle and reveals that the danger isn’t far away, as the whole gang is based in an office not far from Jeppy. They bust in, and after heavy casualties, the evil Elcrops Gang retreats to Detroit."

Froggodoggo's "Nuzo" with a score of 8.6.

"Aight this is one of my hero OCs

His name is Nuzo, I'd think he's roughly 23 years old. He doesn't have a hero name because most people are heroes or villains anyways.

He used to be a mercenary, killing people for payment, but quit one day because he wanted a simpler life. When he quit, he was forced to surrender his powers and his signature weapon. He then moved to southern Finland and started working at a restaurant.

A few years later he and two of his friends went to some other friends to get trained in the arts of heroics, and he got his powers back due to the fact they are determined by personality/traits and stuff, but he kept this hidden from everyone else.

A few years later (say he's 26 by now) he reveals to his friends that he was a mercenary and kills the main villain of the story (who is half robot and has weird hypnotic powers) AND all his robotic henchmen. 

His powers are waterbending, he can utilise water in any way he sees fit. For example, he can use water to float in the air by making it a sort of air pond and floating through the sky in it. He also used his powers to kill the main villain's henchmen by turning water into these sort of tentacle entities and coiling them around the robots and strangling/dismembering them.

In his mercenary days, he used to have a large metal sledgehammer that he used to uh crush people. He obviously lost it when he quit his job, but when he returned to full power (roughly a few months before that battle with the robot villain guy) his sledgehammer reappeared in his hand. It's also compatible with his water powers, as it's still very easy to swing even when fighting in water.

Also his name is Nuzo because it's a combination of 'Nufuli' and 'Nezoshoki', two Minecraft YouTubers I like and I did that because I am a NERD¨

KiloNova's "NeuroNova" with a score of 8.8.

Backstory

Before becoming a superhero, he was a young inventor named Adam. After discovering a mysterious quantum particle discovered in a mysterious satellite, the particle activated and fused with their neural pathways. Instead of destroying them, it created a new person — half human, half AI. 

Now, NeuroNova uses its powers to defend against extraterrestrial threats from beyond Earth. However, tension arises in his mind when making decisions - compassion, compromise, or cruelty? How difficult can it be to be a superhero when your mind is constantly struggling itself?"

Pontiac's "Dave the Capybara¨!

The name of my superhero is Dave the Capybara

Pseudo name is Bob Wross

(Called Bob by everyone but is referred in the story as Dave)

- Can fly with a cape

- Runs abnormally fast

- Can shoot lasers out of his eyes

- Can breathe underwater

A long time ago, while Dave was just a young capybara, his parents were eaten by a jaguar. Dave barely escaped the wrath of the jaguar, hiding underneath the plant of the Chinaberry, a highly toxic plant. While young Dave was underneath the plant, he decided to eat half of a Chinaberry. Dave fell sick and went to sleep. When Dave woke up, he was inside the home of the jaguar, however, something wasn't right. Dave felt a weird stab in his neck. Believing this would be the end, Dave accidentally shot a laser beam that stunned the jaguar, this gave him the chance to run, and run he did. Dave realized that he became super.

Fast forward many years, Dave began using his powers to save the capybaras from the fate his parents had. He now spends the majority of his time to save the young, the old, and that weird family member no one wanted but still got and for some reason is just sitting in the kitchen talking to a potato.

This is the story of Dave the Capybara

Dave the Capybara went down to the cornerstore on a hot, moist day. "Hey Bob," said Susana. "Hi Susy!" Dave said with delight. Dave hasn't seen Susana for a number of weeks because Susana went on a trip to the Galapagos Islands. "What are you doing back so soon?" Dave asked Susana, "I thought you were going to those islands for 8 weeks." "Yeah, about that..." Susana began to explain why she was back so early. And just as mysteriously as she appeared, she hurried off.

With Susana now gone, and with Dave's mind back on track, Dave began shopping. "One bottle of fruit juice, three boxes of Reed's Assorted Vegetables, a carrot..." Dave thought to himself checking off the items on his grocery list. But as he proceeded to checkout, Dave heard a distant scream.

"Pl.. Please don't eat me!" Screamed a young capybara. Dave could hear the laughter of the jaguar. Filled with adrenaline, Dave charged towards the voice. He quickly transformed from Bob to Dave as his cape flew out and his mask came on. He flew over to the voice and there he saw the jaguar. Using his powers, Dave shot his laser eye beams at the jaguar, barely missing him. "Ha-ha, missed me," the jaguar said in a deep tone before running off. "Keep running!" Dave said to the jaguar, "You oughta 'cause if you don't, I will get you!"

"Thank you Dave," stated the young capybara. "While you're wel--" Said Dave before being cut off. "But the jaguar is more powerful than you think," the young capybara said to a confused Dave. "Marabel! Come over here!" exclaimed the young capybara's worried mother. As the young capybara scurried off, she left Dave in a sense of confusion over what had just happened.

After the encounter, Dave went to his superhero cave called "The Dave Cave." The Dave Cave was a delightful cave surrounded by nature, hidden from view. The Dave Cave was also where he and his parents lived before the jaguar attack which killed his parents. Dave spent a lot of his time in the cave as the cave served as a hideout and a training area for Dave.

As Dave was walking home, Susana appeared. Susana began talking to Dave in ways that Dave could not understand. "Susana, what is wrong?" Dave asked Susana, who was now talking in a different language. Susana ran off. Dave was very confused with the encounter. Dave continued to walk towards his cave.

When Dave arrived at the cave, he was in shock. His cave was destroyed. There was a big opening in the ceiling, glass shattered, and the wood was on fire. After putting the fire out, Dave was left in utter disbelief and shock. He found a note where the front door would have been. "Love from Jaguar" the note read. Disbelief and shock turned to anger. Dave was furious that the jaguar would do this.

Dave began planning revenge.

Ptcairn's "Harva (The Midnight)"

Alright, so before you read, I need to tell you that the majority of the recent events and setting itself comes from a YouTube channel known as Jelle's Marble Runs, which specializes in marble racing. The team that will be mentioned, is the Midnight Wisps, and they won the 2018 Marble League. The Marble League is the championship that will be mentioned. Harva, nicknamed The Midnight is a superhero who wears black and cyan colors and has the ability to actively deform and reshape the light and dark. Harva has glaring yellow eyes when in the shadow, capable of scaring and weakening the enemies. Harva's abilities can also take physical form, acting as shadowy barriers, or light beams. But how did Harva come to be?

A city with prosperous economics, a wonderful sports team that won a championship back in 2018, and a beautiful national park with stunning scenery from the trees, Willow Wisps, and lake below. The Midnight Hollow National Park was a breathtaking national treasure, serving as one of the few remaining public places with the relatively endangered Willow Wisps species, which are living orbs of light, that can change their color, ranging from a pale yellow to a bright blue. When the sports team officially won the championship as the first "new" team to do so, the city exploded in tourism, especially since Helarve was a winter wonderland, with many tourists seeking a visit to the park where the team formerly practiced. Harva, is one of the tourists, however Harva had committed a crime inside the famed park.

As Harva's tour guide and tour group went up to the Willow Bridge, they had a mischievous plan to smuggle one out. This was a common crime, as Willow Wisps were often smuggled for trafficking, although on Harva's case, a pet. The group arrived at the bridge, and Harva quickly caught one, but when someone noticed and was about to stop him, they let go. Harva knew about the risks of taking one, especially in a popular photo spot like this, and thus, let go from the wisp. As Harva walked away from the crowd, they pulls onto what seems to be a thin piece of string, attached to that very Willow Wisp. Some kids saw that one Willow Wisp enter the forest, and thought they can possibly attempt to touch the animal. When Harva saw the kids heading close, on accident they put the tiny Willow Wisp in their mouth. The kids saw nothing, but it was too late for Harva. Harva had accidentally gulped, and swallowed the wisp.

Harva was devastated, that was potentially Harva's only chance in getting a wisp and they swallowed the orb on accident. Out of frustrated, they stomped on the ground, and the bridge fell into darkness in one fell swoop. Harva quickly noticed the light change, and thought of light thoughts before stomping again. With that, the bridge lights came back on. Harva, was confused.

"This is like, one of those superhero movies. But, I don't deserve to be one."

Harva started debating over themself whether they deserved the profound ability.

Harva was at the side of the Helarve Clock Tower, and wanted to test these new powers of theirs. But the thoughts lingered.

"You are a monster."

"You don't deserve these powers."

"Give in to the police, criminal."

Harva pushed the thoughts aside, and got empty tin cans lined up, along with a lightbulb. One by one, they try numerous positions to test the abilities they gained. As soon as Harva was about to give up, their dark abilities managed to knock all three placed cans. Harva was of course, ecstatic. The bridge wasn't a coincidence, it was real. Harva tries to turn on the lightbulb, without a conducting surface and it actually lit up.

"I-.. I actually have powers. But do I even, deserve it?" Harva whispered to themself. That's when they had an idea. It was risky, but it can be worth it.

Harva bought another bus ticket to the Midnight Hollow National Park the next night, wanting to make a decision and amends. In an isolated part of the forest, they call out for Willow Wisps, and the gleaming orbs circle around Harva. Harva finally makes their move.

"Alright, you can hate me all you want for this, I hate myself for it too. But I might've.."
They got stuck. Harva doesn't want to say it, but they know it's for the better.

"I accidentally swallowed one of your brethren. I am so sorry, and I want to make it up to you."

The Willow Wisps were close to revealing Harva's location through rays of light, but they decided to give the poor tourist a chance.

"I obtained these powers. I want to use them for the better, as a payment for everything. I won't stop fighting for the good, until the evil is gone." Harva spoke their mind. This was their decision. Harva wants to help.

"And so, if you all glow cyan or blue, I will complete that one goal. But if even one of you glow yellow, I will turn myself in. Please believe me." Harva didn't want it to come to this decision, but it's up to the Willow Wisps. Until...

They start glowing pure cyan, one by one, until all that have circled around Harva became a beautiful blue. The decision was unanimous, Harva will use these powers to forever stop the evil in the world.

"Thank you. Rest assured, I will keep my word." Harva responds.

The Summer of 2020 was struck hard due to a recent virus spreading around the globe. But it didn't matter for the city of Helarve, as the cold somehow nullified a majority of the virus. Along with that, the

Ptcairn wins invincibility for this round, but great job to everyone who participated!
