From the first time I checked my rank, I was in the 50,000th place. I am constantly moving up but I don't know how to make my quizzes popular. Do I add tags? How can I get my quizzes featured?

I saw a notification this morning saying I have been chosen for the spotlight award. I clicked on it and it says I can choose a quiz to be displayed on the home page. I didn't see any links though. What should I do in this situation?
