The single states in Oceania had a big problem: Every of them was in danger to get flooded often, because of the climate change and their consequences. But the states didn´t have money to fight against this problem. So the governments had only one solution: unite and share the technologies and money.

Fifi567 was elected president. As the first president, he could rule for the era of begin as a dictator to make processes and the unification faster, according to the constitution. After that, the country will turn into a democracy. He had a huge task: On the one side, he had to unite the different nationalities, traditions and people. On the other side, he had to fight against the climate change. With the best scientists, he tried to find solutions.

Fifi567: Around ALL islands? That would be a very high effort with high costs!

Scientist: Sorry, but that was the best solution that we scientists could find.

Fifi567: And how much will it cost?

Scientist: We have estimate costs of $228.35 billion USD.

For a young and poor state like USO are this costs immense, but necessary. So President Fifi567 signed the contract, the Oceania Sea Wall Development and Protection Contract. The financing will be over years or centuries.

So the state etablished in the world, signed some contracts and was (more or less) fully recognized by the other states.

The United States of Oceania are a semi-presidential republic. There are a lot of different parties that can be elected to send members to the parlament. The main parties are (with the percentage of the last vote):

- Innovative Party of Oceania (IPO), 26,1%

- Social-Democratic Party of Oceania (SDPO), 19,0%

- Liberal Party of Oceania (LPO), 11,8%

- Ecological and Cimate-Friendly Party (ECF), 10,5%

- Nationalist People's Party of Oceania (NPPO), 9,7%

- Unity and Prosperity Party (UPP), 6,2%

In the parliament, there are 150 seats for the parties. There are divided between the different parties - the principle is simple: The more votes, the more seats.

Every former state is now a federal state. There is the Federal Council. A federal state can have between 3 and 6 seats. That is dependent on the population of the state.

The Federal Council has to approve all draft laws from the Parliament.

The president is voted directly by the nation. In special times, he can declare a "State of Emergency" and can rule authoritarian. An independent court of justice checks if the declare is justified - if not, it stops the declare (subsequently) and a new president will be elected.

The state lies on many islands with a tropic climate.

Between the islands, there are many ferries, and between the most important islands, there are large bridges.

The United States of Oceania are divided in 11 different federal states:

There are territorial conflicts in Micronesia. It officially belongs to the Korean Empire, but USO disputes this territory too. Probably there will be some conflicts...

The population of the United States of Oceania is poor. In a year, a person gets 2.832 USD in average per year. The total GDP of the USO is 34.15 billion USD.

Most of the people work in agriculture, but tourism plays also an essential role.

An important money factor for families is the miliary, where young people can get more money than in other normal jobs. About 1% of the population is working in the military.

The government plans to get a lot of skilled workers. The GDP has also not a big significance, because the state is just on the rise. We will see how it will develop. There are many projects to stop the poverty.

How long the state will continue to exist is unclear due to the risk of flooding. But there are researches for technologies to colonize the universe.
